Refund Policy
Thank you for choosing Mountain Oasis Water were our Main Goal is to achieve your Satisfaction at all times. If we do not meet the level of Customer Service that you are happy with you can cancel service at any time, there is no contracted time that you will be held accountable to. Keep in mind that we can not give credit for full bottles of water that have been previously delivered. FDA will not allow us to resale a consumable product as it may have been tampered with so the water will be dumped and no credit will be applied for those bottles
Refunds are made easy and usually occur when getting your Bottle Deposits back. If your account does have a credit for any other reason, such as paying more than what was owed, we will be happy to reimburse those credit to you by means of a check. Please allow 21 days from the point of request for processing. You can request the reimbursement by: Phone (209)-533-9000, by mail to P.O. If you make payments using our e-commerce method and you disagree with the amount of that payment you can make contact the same as above and we will investigate the complaint and attempt to resolve within 7 days. If we do owe you credit back because of issue pertaining to the e-commerce transaction, it will be reimbursed immediately to either the Debit or Credit Card on file, or deposited back to the Checking Account we have on file for your account.
